1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bunny ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bunny is a mobile application that provides tools for tracking rabbit health, including daily health logging (poop, food, weight, behavior), health scoring, GI stasis risk assessment, food safety information, breed-specific care guidance, medical record keeping, and educational content.

The App is available in two tiers:

3. Medical Disclaimer

Specifically:

• Health Scores are calculated from user-entered data using general wellness indicators. They are not a clinical assessment and should not be used as a substitute for veterinary examination.
• GI Stasis Alerts are risk indicators based on patterns in your logged data. They may produce false positives or miss real emergencies. If you suspect GI stasis, contact a veterinarian immediately regardless of what the App displays.
• Food Safety Ratings are compiled from published veterinary and rabbit welfare sources but may not account for your individual rabbit's health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. Always introduce new foods gradually and under veterinary guidance.
• Medication Tracking is a record-keeping tool only. The App displays safety warnings about certain drug classes (e.g., penicillin-class antibiotics, which are potentially fatal to rabbits when administered orally), but these warnings are informational only. Never administer, adjust, or discontinue medication without your veterinarian's direction.
• Breed and Weight Information provides general ranges and is not a substitute for individualized veterinary assessment.

Build Kitchen Studio is not a veterinary service provider and assumes no responsibility for health outcomes resulting from decisions made based on information provided by the App.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4a. Subscription Plans

Bunny Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription:

• Pro Monthly: $6.99 USD per month
• Pro Annual: $39.99 USD per year (includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers)

Prices are in US dollars. Localized pricing may vary by country and is determined by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

4b. Free Trial

The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription at the then-current price. You will be charged on the day the trial expires. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and is typically limited to one trial per Apple ID or Google account.

4c. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4d. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then.

• iOS: Open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Bunny > Cancel Subscription
• Android: Open Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Bunny > Cancel subscription

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your device's subscription settings as described above.

4e. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies:

• iOS: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Request a refund through Google Play Store or at Google Play Help

4f. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase the price, you will be notified in advance by Apple or Google and given the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel your subscription before it renews at the higher price. You will not be charged a higher price without your knowledge.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain full ownership of all data you create within the App, including rabbit profiles, health logs, photos, and journal entries. Build Kitchen Studio does not claim any rights to your content.

All your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored in your own iCloud or Google Drive account. Build Kitchen Studio does not have access to your data in any of these locations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Build Kitchen Studio is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, food safety database, breed database, education content, icons, and all other materials, is the property of Build Kitchen Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any of its content
• Circumvent or disable any security or access control features of the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Build Kitchen Studio does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Health information, food safety data, or breed information is complete, accurate, or current
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Build Kitchen Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or data corruption
• Any health outcomes for your rabbit(s) resulting from reliance on App information
• Inability to use the App or any of its features
• Errors or inaccuracies in health scores, alerts, food safety data, or other content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In no event shall Build Kitchen Studio's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App exceed the total amount you have paid to Build Kitchen Studio in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights in the European Union and United Kingdom.

10. Third-Party Services and Platform Terms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of service of these platforms:

Subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google. RevenueCat processes subscription receipts on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on data processing by third-party services.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Remember to cancel any active subscription first through your device's subscription settings (see Section 4d).

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. In the event of termination by us, we will not charge you for any future subscription periods.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via the store listing. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Build Kitchen Studio is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under such laws, and the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Build Kitchen Studio regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
